When will I receive my order?
Island Tribe and our delivery partners do everything we can to meet the promised delivery time. If, for any reason, we are unable to do so, we will inform you accordingly.How quickly will I receive my order?
Nothing is more important than delivery time. That’s why, even before you place your order, you can see when we expect to deliver your item. Orders placed before 11:59 PM are usually delivered the next day.
Are you having your order delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
In that case, delivery will take longer. The table below provides a helpful guideline:

Which delivery options can I choose?
Standard delivery: free for orders over €38; otherwise €5.95. The delivery options and additional services listed below are not included in the order total.
- Letterbox delivery: Monday to Saturday
- Small parcels via parcel service: Monday to Saturday
